Aleks Syntek is a Mexican singer-songwriter and producer, well-known in the Latin pop and rock scene. Throughout his career, he has been nominated seven times for the Latin Grammy Awards, once for a Grammy, and five times for the MTV Latin Awards, as well as receiving two Latin Billboard Awards. He was also awarded the Ariel Award by the Mexican Academy of Cinematography for his film music. He is a member of the board of directors of the Society of Authors and Composers of Mexico (SACM).
