Bebel Gilberto is a composer and performer of Brazilian music, born in Brazil in 1966, from a family of artists as she is the daughter of Joao Gilberto and Miucha and niece of Chico Buarque.
In 2000, with the production of Suba, she released "Tanto Tempo", a record-seller, and in 2004, produced by Marius de Vries, Carlinhos Brown and Gilberto herself, she released the album of the same name, with a more international sound of adult pop.
His beautiful songs are often the subject of remixes or reversions. He worked with great Brazilian and international artists such as Arto Lindsay, Towa Tei and Thievery Corporation.
His music can be defined within a modern bossa nova style, influenced by electronic music.
