Empremtes 2027 | MALIFETA

MALIFETA’s Brega arrives in Barcelona on 20 February. The Valencian band, led by Ana Rajadel and Mireia Matoses, will perform in the Catalan capital for the first time as part of the final leg of their Brega Tour. Throughout 2026, the tour has seen the band present their latest album at festivals including Festival Acústica, Mercat de Música Viva de Vic, Pirata Beach Festival, Revenidas (Galicia), Festiuet, Paupaterres and L’Empordà Music Festival. Now, for the first time, the tour arrives in Barcelona in a club venue format.

Following their debut album Mitologia (2023) and a series of singles that have amassed more than 2 million streams, Malifeta return in 2026 with their second album, Brega.

“De nit” and “Brega” were the first tracks released from the new record, which also marks a new chapter for the project. Originally formed as a duo by Arnau of ZOO and Mireia of Pupil·les, Malifeta has evolved into a seven-piece band, now featuring Ana Rajadel alongside fellow ZOO members Toni Fort “pxllt”, Marcos Úbeda and Hèctor Galán.

The album features ten new songs exploring political and cultural struggles, as well as more intimate and personal battles, and includes collaborations with Toni S. ZOO, Sandra Monfort and Quinto.

With Brega, Malifeta leaves reggaeton behind in favour of a bolder, more energetic sound. Rap, electronic music, pop influences and elements of traditional music come together in a powerful and refreshed live show that will arrive in Barcelona on 20 February.
