Her contact with the work of Maria Bethania, Caetano Veloso, Luiz Melodía, Elis Regina and Brazilian music in general, prompted her to launch herself as a singer.
Since her first tour in 1990 throughout Brazil in which she was considered the musical revelation of the year, the singer and composer hasn't stopped. A gold record, several more tours and an album recorded in New York.
The variety of styles characterize her songs: samba, bossa nova, funk, rock, pop and even ballads.
Some examples are the songs that have marked her career "Veneno Bom" -which was the winning composition of an Honorable Mention in the International Songwriting Contest (ISC) this year- or "Flor Encarnada".
