Joguina Solidària | Three Kings Charity Concert with Escola de Rock

Next Wednesday 3rd of January, Apolo will celebrate the "Joguina Solidària" Three Kings Charity Concert in collaboration with Escola de Rock Festival, which will bring music to the little ones - and adults! - in an afternoon of the most popular pop-rock hits for the whole family.

DAEZ band will be opening the afternoon, formed of 14-year-olds from El Joncar Secondary School. They will be followed by the cover band Big Mouthers, who this time will leave aside the rock riffs to offer a repertoire of pop classics such as Coldplay, La casa azul and Bon Jovi, or the newest urban music by Vicco, Quevedo and Rosalía. The day will be rounded off with make-up workshops, tattoos and badges.

Admission is free, but we ask those attending to bring a new or unused toy that is neither warlike nor promotes sexist stereotypes.

The toys donated will be given to Bona Voluntat en Acció del Poble Sec, an NGO made up of more than 90 volunteers who help 700 families at risk of social exclusion. The organisation will distribute the toys to children from the neighbourhood.
