Michael Jackson chose her to sing a duet of "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" on his 2009 tour. She starred in the film "Twenty Feet from Stardom" (2013). She won a Grammy for her contribution to its soundtrack. She opened for Josh Groban in 2013 and John Legend in 2014. She provided backing vocals for some of the most legendary musicians in history (Carole King, Rod Stewart, Greg Allman). In 2015, she recorded her first album at Paisley Park with Prince as co-producer.

Born in Los Angeles in 1984, everything in this woman's career was destined for stardom. And indeed, she has become one, thanks to five albums that blend soul, funk, rock, pop, and R&B. In her latest album, "Letters From a Black Widow" (2024), she tackles these genres with confident interpretation, drawing primarily from the essence of Prince, Michael Jackson, Curtis Mayfield, and Sly and the Family Stone, with a deep understanding.
