La Iaia

The Osona-based band La Iaia celebrates this year the tenth anniversary of the release of their album “On és la màgia?" (Música Global, 2014), with which they won the Enderrock award for best pop-rock album of 2014. The album, recorded and produced at Paco Loco's studio in Puerto de Santa María, was a turning point in the band's career where they achieved a truly unique blend of folk, pop, and unprecedented electronics. That tour was a great success, with a total of 66 concerts in just under a year and a half. 

After 6 years of musical inactivity, the band will reunite and release the album on vinyl for the first time, in a limited edition that will also include three unreleased songs recorded in the same 2013 recording session. Next Wednesday, December 4th, the band will conclude their mini-tour with an identical finale to the original tour at Sala Apolo in Barcelona, this time organized jointly with the Vida Festival, with whom there is an absolute artistic harmony, within the Vida Records & Friends concert series.
