Royel Maddell and Otis Pavlovic (yes, the band is named after the two members' first names) are two Australians who are just as fond of the laugh-out-loud jangle-pop that is so characteristic of the antipodes as they are of joining their voices in unison on choruses of unbridled euphoria like early MGMT.
