The Gramophone Allstars Big Band returns this fall with a new album! The band's long-awaited new album will be called "Call Your Friends" and will be marked by a high number of special collaborations that the band will start to reveal soon.
The big band led by Genís Bou has been tirelessly searching for the meeting point between Afro-american music and Jamaican rhythms for 15 years. They began to forge their musical personality with records such as "Just delightin" (2008), "Simbiosi" (2010) and "Levitant a la deriva" (2011) and, already with the band expanded to the big band format, they released the acclaimed albums "Jazzmaica" (2014) and "Maraca soul" (2017).
They have subsequently released several singles and EPs: "The Reel Influence" (2019), "Let's get it on" (2020) and "Love letter" (2021). All this activity has allowed the band to consolidate themselfs as one of the most active big bands with most personality in our musical landscape.
