Apologia X A·BUNDAH: Dj Maboku + Pxmp + Djane Karma + Mama's Gun

Apologia X A·BUNDAH en Barcelona - 14 de noviembre de 2026

A•BUNDAH is a collective focused on building bridges with the Global South diaspora through the power of Global Perreo, a fusion of batida, kuduro, dembow, reggaeton, baile funk, afrobeats, dancehall, afro house, and global bass. On the dancefloor, these rhythms bring people together and blur borders, becoming a ritual of freedom and celebration.

A•BUNDAH joins forces with Apologia once again for a very special and unique night.

We invite you on November 14 to a new edition of their Global Perreo, featuring two collectives from Lisbon bringing all the energy and power of the most captivating rhythm from Lisbon’s ghettos: Batida.

Our special guest DJ will be the legendary Maboku, DJ and producer from the Lisbon-based label Príncipe Discos, one of the pioneers of Batida, featured in the documentary Lisbon Beat, and founder of the collective Casa Da Mãe Produções. He has appeared on Boiler Room and radio platforms such as NTS, Soulection, Radio Lusophonica, among others.

We will also welcome Pxmp, from the Lisbon-London-Oxford label Patterns. A Lisbon-based DJ and producer, his sets are driven by percussive, bass-heavy sounds from across the globe. His musical palette spans genres such as Dancehall, UK Funky, Batida, Breaks, Kuduro, Dennery Segment, Grime, and Gqom, blending them into unique and dynamic mixes. He has been featured on radio stations including Reprezent, Voices, and Subtle Radio, and also hosts a monthly residency at AAJA Music.

And of course, resident DJs Djane Karma and Mama's Gun will set the dancefloor on fire as only they can.

Lineup:
From Portugal: DJ Maboku (Principe Discos), Pxmp (Patterns)
Resident DJs: Djane Karma, Mama's Gun
