From breakcore to reggaeton and everything in between, DESTRUCCIÓN, the first club night curated by Venezuelan-born, Barcelona-based DJ and producer Cardopusher / Safety Trance, is hitting Astin! Catch sets from DJ G2G, the next-gen DJ, producer and artist, intricately blending modern Latin club beats like perreo, cumbia, and guaracha with deep European dance music, drawing on both their Uruguayan and Danish heritage. Plus, don’t miss Berlin-based producer, songwriter, recording artist and DJ River Moon, the self-proclaimed Rave Princess from Cape Town, whose sound is an imaginative mix of the queer electro-pop scene of her South African home, Afro-Futurism, hip-hop, ballroom and other global club influences.
Born in 1993, in the dawn of electronics, through its cabin have passed names as relevant as Aphex Twin, Todd Terry, Carl Craig, Kenny Larkin, SBTRKT or Ellen Allien in addition to the local DJ Fra, Marc Piñol and DJ Kosmos. Its counterweight, B-side, reverse and its alternative is Astin, where every night is the same... but totally different.
