Caníbal: Afri K + Hochi + Rule + Gale

Afri K is a 23-year-old DJ and dancer based in Barcelona with Equatoguinean and Spanish roots. In their sets we can appreciate a mix of sounds that include Afrobeat, Brazilian Funk, Amapiano, Hip Hop, Jersey Club, Dembow, Afro-house among others. Afrika debuted as a DJ in March 2022 and since then his career has been strengthening step by step, performing at the official after party of the GOYA AWARDS 2022, at festivals such as Rototom, Afrobrunch, Oyofe African festival & Xtreme Festival. Sharing the stage with artists like Ayra Starr, Ruger, Leiti Sene, Mr. Eazi, Digga D, Bandokay, M24, Sneakbo, Da Beatfreakz, CuteMobb collective, Skinny Flex, Choplife Soundsystem or working with brands like Nike, Karl Lagerlfeld, Dr. Marteens and many more.

Dj Gale started DJing in 2006, initially focusing on DnB, Hardcore and Jungle. Over the years, it has expanded its musical presence to different venues in Barcelona and raves. In collaboration with "Senyor Oca", he has explored the world of hip-hop, offering concerts throughout Catalonia. Although he is mainly known for Drum And Bass, he has experimented with various tempos and styles, always maintaining his own characteristic sound. 

As for musical genres, Dj Gale has excelled in Jungle Tekno, Drum and Bass and UK Garage. In his professional career, he has played in several venues and parties throughout the national territory, in addition to having the opportunity to expand his borders by playing at parties abroad.

Caníbal is the alternative club on Wednesdays in Barcelona. Since 2003 it has evolved hand in hand with the underground trends of the city and has promoted the local scene. After 20 years of experience, the club renews itself again and bets on a perfect combination of national urban with the most cutting-edge electronics.

Tech House, afrobeats, drum & bass, hip hop or hardtechno are some of the styles that you will be able to hear in the DJ sets; always from less to more. Every week at Apolo’s room (2) you’ll be dancing into the night to a unique blend of drops, rave and not mainstream sounds.
