Giadda (Mataró) is a Uruguayan-Catalan artist who combines the sensitivity of alternative music with the energy of urban rhythms, exploring genres ranging from dancehall to modern trap. Having trained in piano and singing from a young age, her career draws on early experiences closely linked to her city’s gospel choirs and has evolved into a unique artistic universe where her roots coexist with the latest trends in today’s music scene.
Her sound stands out for its intimate, experimental and emotional quality, which has gradually taken shape through songs such as *NATGES*, *DURAZNO*, *Eso q imaginas*, *RADAR* and her debut EP, *Volver a partir*. Giadda constantly incorporates influences from artists such as Juicy Bae, Rosalía, Bad Gyal and the legendary Jaime Roos, to whom she often pays tribute through references and musical elements that connect with her Uruguayan roots.
Alongside her solo project, she also collaborates with sankki as part of Giadda & sankki, bringing to life a fresh, emotional brand of urban pop in Catalan, with tracks such as *UNA NENA COMO TÚ*.
Giadda, with her catchy melodies and her ability to blend intimacy with rhythm, has established herself as one of the most interesting emerging voices on the Catalan and Spanish underground scene.
