Jeru The Damaja Presents: Do The Right Thing w/ Smif-N-Wessun

Representing Brownsville and Bed Stuy Brooklyn, the Smif-N-Wessun rap duo, Tek and Steele, first appeared on Black Moon's debut album, "Enta Da Stage".
In 1993 they released their classic debut "Dah Shinin' " (Nervous Records) in 1995, an album of harsh lyrical content and gritty production, which was selected as one of the 100 greatest rap albums of all time by The Source.l Council.
In late 2005 they released "Smif-N-Wessun: Reloaded" and followed it up with "Smif-N-Wessun: The Album" two years later. In 2011, they collaborated with hip-hop legend Pete Rock on the album "Monumental", which also featured Styles P, Memphis Bleek, Raekwon, Bun B and others.
In late 2013, they turned to their reggae influences for the "Born and Raised" EP which featured collaborations with Jahdan Blakkamoore and Junior Reid, among others. The duo's seventh album, "The ALL", was released in 2019 produced by 9th Wonder & The Soul Council.
