Sala Apolo and Rocambolesc present A-POLO, an exclusive ice cream created by Jordi Roca

Sala Apolo and Rocambolesc have joined forces to create A-POLO, a new exclusive ice cream that will be available this summer both at the venue and in Rocambolesc ice cream shops. The collaboration was born from a desire to explore new ways of connecting culture, gastronomy and shared experiences, bringing together two iconic names from Catalonia’s creative and cultural landscape.

For this project, Jordi Roca, internationally acclaimed pastry chef of El Celler de Can Roca and founder of Rocambolesc, has developed a recipe specially created for Apolo. The result is an explosive combination of lychee and raspberry, delivering a fresh, aromatic and vibrant flavour inspired by the energy and spirit of the venue’s nights.

A-POLO represents the meeting point of two creative worlds that share a commitment to innovation and memorable experiences. Music, culture and gastronomy come together in a unique collaboration that expands the traditional boundaries of audience engagement.

With this launch, Sala Apolo reinforces its commitment to partnering with local creators and cultural initiatives, fostering projects that connect different disciplines and contribute to Barcelona’s vibrant cultural ecosystem.

A-POLO is now available at all Sala Apolo bars during club nights and programmed sessions, as well as at Rocambolesc ice cream shops. This summer, Apolo is offering the most refreshing ice cream of the season across all its bars.
