In 2026, Apolo once again hosts the Kings’ Day Charity Concert “Joguina Solidària” in collaboration with Escola de Rock Festival, which will bring music to the little ones – and the grown-ups! – during an afternoon featuring two young bands making waves in Spain’s indie and rock scene.
The evening will kick off with combos from the En Clave de Soul school, showcasing their talent to warm up the crowd. Next up is Medalla with their new album “Música Máquina,” blending metal, punk, and rock, and closing the lineup is Eli Rodríguez, a young band that released their debut album in 2025, with songs evoking the memory of an ex, the farewell of a friend, or the nostalgia of a summer that seems gone for good.
The day will also include badge and magnet workshops in a musical playroom format, turning it into a true Kings’ Day party where solidarity takes center stage.
To make it possible, admission is free, but we ask attendees to bring a new or unused toy that is neither war-related nor promotes sexist stereotypes.
All donated toys will go to Bona Voluntat en Acció in Poble Sec, an NGO with over 90 volunteers supporting 700 families at risk of social exclusion. The organization will distribute the toys to local children and strengthen its commitment to the neighborhood.
No reservation needed, free entry until full capacity.

Escola de Rock is a big plan for the family where children discover the music that moved their parents... and the adults recover the innocence of when they felt the crush of pop or rock for the first time.
