Art Meets Apolo expands with incorporation of the new piece "Dream Team" by Adrien Warren

The creative and cinematographic director, Andrei Warren, premieres the work “Dream Team” on the stairs that connect La (2) and Sala Apolo. A 3D creation digitized by the creative studio Misato Studio where the striking details and the playful and funny expression of the characters stand out to explore the feelings that are often evoked during social gatherings and evening meetings. In fact, the central axis of the work is Euphoria, as it symbolizes the moment when we reach total harmony with our environment and is a feeling that transcends both the physical and digital realm.

The intention of these characters is to convey the idea that each individual has an inner world that is unique, valuable and worthy of recognition. As the viewer approaches the work, they are invited to reflect on their own emotional landscapes, while recognizing the collective power of diverse experiences. In addition, the work also introduces the concept of collaboration, showing how the fusion of several artists -each with their own background and medium- can result in a stronger and more compelling concept.

Art Meets Apolo is a multidisciplinary exhibition project that aims to unite clubbing and art through the eyes of different Barcelona artists. In the 2024 season, the project has incorporated the works of Pedro Torres, Mónica Rikić, Jordi Gispert Pi, Alba Rihe, Sejal Parekh, Milica Lukic and Miroslav Pirković.

The proposal has been conceived and coordinated together with the LAB36 and Galeria Senda, bringing together two worlds and their respective artists, audiences, ways of working, knowledge and experiences with a clear and common benefit: local culture.
